Our mineral glass lenses are scratch-resistant, thermally stable, and chemically hardened. Unlike plastic lenses, they offer superior optical clarity and are sourced from natural elements like sand and soda ash.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your eyewear sooner.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your frames, you can return them for a full refund or exchange.
Do you offer a warranty on your eyewear?
Yes, all OTIS eyewear is backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note that this does not cover normal wear and tear or scratched lenses.
How do I care for my mineral glass lenses?
To keep your lenses pristine, rinse them with lukewarm water and a mild soap, then dry with the microfiber cloth provided in your case. Avoid using paper towels or abrasive materials.
Can I get OTIS frames with prescription lenses?
While we do not sell prescription lenses directly through our website, many of our frames are RX-compatible. You can take your OTIS frames to a local optometrist to have custom prescription lenses fitted.
